    • Return Flight Reschedule Policy:

      First Reschedule: Free of charge if:

      Requested within 22 hours, and Same class/fare is available.

      After 22 Hours: Reissuing is allowed as per standard fare rules and will incur a no-show fee.

      For a smoother process, it is recommended to issue a new ticket.

      (Weekend Flights: A surcharge applies for flights departing on weekends.)

    • If the rescheduling the return flight that after 24hrs, Change penalty + fare difference will be applied.
    • Change penalties will be applied for all AUH departure flights in all cases.
    • The ticket will remain non-refundable once issued.
    • GF four digit flights are NON A2A approved (Operated by Etihad). Please choose 3 digit flights only. Make sure the A2A seal on ticket copy. If not stamped, Immediately contact the helpline.
    • It's agent's responsibility to make sure passenger holding proper documents/visa to enter the country. If passenger boarded the return flight before visa approval, AED 5000 fine will be imposed.
